What are the menu options?
A new menu is designed each week by Chef Julian Henao, with meals and snacks changing daily.
How do I make a reservation?
We take reservations up to 7pm on the Thursday of the week prior. Simply send us an email or WhatsApp with the following information:
- Name
- Delivery Address
- WhatsApp Number
- Email Address
- Specify Service (THFC Meal Plan or Lunchies)
- Food Restrictions / Allergies
How do I pay?
Once we receive your reservation, we will send you payment details.
When do I have to pay by?
Payment must be received by us by 4:00pm on the Friday of the week prior. Do not forget to send us a transfer receipt.
Cancellation Policy
We do not provide refunds once payment has been received, and the reservation confirmed. However, we may give you a credit. Please note that once the meal plan has commenced on the Monday, no refund or credit will be given.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver your meals to the same address each day. If you require a change in your delivery address, you must notify us not less than 12 hours in advance. Unfortunately, there are certain areas we cannot go to for security reasons. So when making your reservation, please provide a specific delivery address and we will inform you if we require an alternative address.
What are the delivery times?
Deliveries occur daily between 5:30pm and 6:30pm Sunday to Thursday for Meal Plans
& 9:30 am – 11:30 am for Mondays to Fridays for Lunchies
Care for the environment
The meal plan will be delivered in reusable delivery bags. We encourage clients to return these bags to us each day, as they can be reused. THFC is utilizing paper containers made from 100% renewable resources, lined with Indgeo ™ Biopolymer & BPI certified compostable with Ecolid® renewable cover. Clients are encouraged to use their own cutlery.
